I have over 30 years of experience working with adolescents and adults and am licensed to practice as a Clinical Social Worker in the State of Pennsylvania. I have conducted thousands of sessions helping individuals heal from a vast array of issues, including mood disorders, anxiety, relationships challenges, trauma, PTSD, and loss.
I completed an undergraduate degree at Barnard College, and a Masters in Social Work at New York University. I attended the Doctoral Program at Columbia University, where I was also an adjunct professor and conducted clinical research. While at Columbia I also completed a National Institute of Mental Health Clinical Training Fellowship.
I completed a 3 year training in Somatic Experience Training and have been certified as an SEP. I currently serve as assistant faculty at SEP trainings. Somatic Experiencing is a body based treatment for trauma and nervous system regulation. For more information, please see www.traumahealing.com
